SHIPPING POLICY

At Correcto, we prioritize quality and safe handling over mass-market speed. We currently focus our operations on the Benelux region with specific conditions to ensure every delivery meets our standards.

1. Shipping within Belgium

We provide specialized delivery across the entire Belgian territory.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: Fixed at €29 per order.

  • Large Orders: Shipping is FREE for all orders over €500.

2. Shipping to Luxembourg & The Netherlands

While our automated system is currently optimized for Belgium, we do cater to our neighbors in Luxembourg and The Netherlands on a case-by-case basis.

  • Mandatory Pre-Confirmation: You must contact our support team before placing your order.

  • Process: Email us at support@correcto.shop with your delivery address and the items you wish to purchase. We will provide a custom shipping quote and confirmation within 24-48 hours.

3. Limitations & Exclusions

To maintain the integrity of our service and the safety of our products:

  • No Pick-up Points: We only offer direct-to-address delivery. We do not ship to parcel lockers or pick-up points.

  • No International Shipping: Outside of Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands, we do not currently offer shipping.

  • Direct Delivery: All shipments are sent directly to the residential or professional address provided at checkout.

4. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Handling: Orders are typically processed and prepared within 2 to 3 business days.

  • Transit: Once dispatched, delivery within Belgium usually takes 2 to 4 business days.

  • Communication: You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is scheduled for delivery.

5. Delivery Responsibility

  • Verification: Upon arrival, please inspect the external condition of your package. If you notice significant damage, please mention it on the delivery note before signing.

  • Accuracy: Ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct. Correcto cannot be held responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information or customer absence at the agreed time.
